What is your return policy?

What are your shipping terms and costs?

Each of our suppliers determines their own shipping terms and costs. Almost all orders are shipped via ground carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping terms are noted on each product page and actual shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Back to top.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with a major credit or debit card. It is notes on each product page which card type the supplier you are buying from accepts. During the checkout process you will enter your credit card info for each supplier you are buying from. Back to top.

What does “units per case” mean?

5.1. This refers to the number of retail units or products that are packaged in each case or box. For example if the # of units per case equaled 2, there are two individual retail products in each case. For product sold by the case, you must purchase the product in increments equal to the number of units in each case. Back to top.

What does the “minimum number of units sold” mean?

This number refers to the minimum number of individual units of that specific product you must purchase as determined by the supplier. For example if the minimum number of units sold for a product was 10 and the units per case was 2, then you must purchase at least 10 individual units or 5 cases of that item. Back to top.

What does the “minimum order for this supplier” mean?

Each supplier sets their own minimum dollar amount you must purchase from them before you can submit your order. This minimum can be reached by purchasing single or multiple items from the same supplier. This amount must be met prior to adding any applicable taxes or shipping charges to your order. Do I need a resale number in order to purchase goods?

Our goods are intended to be purchased for resale. A valid resale certificate is required in order to waive any applicable sales or freight tax charges. If you do not have a resale certificate on file with us, you may be charged tax on your order. Please fax a copy of your resale certificate(s) with your email address to 888-728-1721 prior to submitting your order. We will notify you via email once our system has been updated with your information so you can continue with your order.Under no circumstance can tax be refunded after your order is submitted. How and when will a charge appear on my credit or debit card?

Your card will be charged when the supplier ships your order. You will see a charge on your card from the supplier not from Done Deal Wholesale. Please note that if you use a debit card, an authorization may appear prior to your order shipping. This is not a charge but seems like one because the funds are deducted from your account. If the order does not ship, the funds will be returned. Back to top.

Are these items new?

Yes, unless otherwise noted all of the items sold here are new and in factory sealed retail boxes and case packs. Some items may be refurbished or returned goods but will be noted on each product detail page. Back to top.
