What is Done Deal Wholesale?

A new web site where wholesale buyers purchase products from multiple suppliers in a variety of product categories.

How Does It Work?

  • You set up your store with your name and logo so buyers know they are buying directly from you
  • You customize your store policies such as minimum order value, shipping terms and credit card types accepted
  • You add products to your store with prices, case pack info, images and descriptions
  • We market to prospective buyers and drive them to your products
  • Orders are sent to you via email, you ship the order and charge the buyers credit card

What Does It Cost?

There are zero set up fees and zero listing fees. Done Deal Wholesale charges a 5% sales commission per order. That commission is based on the merchandise value only; excluding any shipping or taxes. During the sign-up process you will enter the credit card you want your sales commission to be charged against on a monthly basis.

What information and policies can I customize?

  • Supplier Name - The name that gets displayed to buyers
  • Logo
  • Company Description
  • Return Policy
  • Shipping Terms - Choose from UPS Ground Real-Time Rates, Flat Rate charger per order or % of order
  • Minimum Order Value - This is the minimum dollar amount, before shipping and tax, that a customer must purchase across all of your products in order to submit an order. You can also add a minimum number of units that a customer must purchase of each individual product.
  • Credit Card Types Accepted
  • Sales & Freight Tax for each state - Tax is added to an order when the buyer is shipping their order to a state where you charge tax and does not have a resale certificate on file for that state. Buyers resale certificates can be viewed and downloaded from the Customer Orders section under Order Management in the top menu bar of the online Supplier Portal.
